Where are you located and when do you offer appointments?

      • We offer appointments in your home, within Winnipeg city limits.
      • Workshops and group therapy locations change. Please contact us for more information.
      • Most appointments occur Monday through Friday with both day and evening appointments available; as well as select Saturdays.

What is the frequency of appointments?

      • The frequency of appointments may vary according to the needs of individual clients. Many of our clients meet with us once every two weeks; however, options for weekly, monthly, or quarterly appointments are available is that best suits the situation.

Are your services covered by private health insurance?

      • Many private insurance policies provide coverage for speech-language pathology services. Often this is up to a maximum annual amount. Each policy is different therefore, it is important to check with your own insurance provider about the details of your plan.

Will you direct bill my insurance company?

      • At this time, we do not provide direct billing to private insurance companies. We require payment from you via cash, cheque, or e-transfer at the end of each appointment. An electronic receipt will be issued to provide to insurance companies. You are responsible for checking for coverage with your private insurance company.
